Using YouTube Videos

YouTube videos are a great option as it's content you've already created and posted. You're able to go back into YouTube studio and download any videos you've posted before.

Go to your channel and click YouTube studio
Select videos on the left side, this will show you all videos uploaded to the channel
Select the video you want to use and hover over it
Click on the three dots and choose download
